Specialization

For 20 years, Dr. Lehmann has specialized in minimally invasive surgery. He has carried out around 7,000 shoulder operations, mostly minimally invasive, as well as total endoprosthetic reconstructions and revisions following multiple prior operations. Four years ago, he became one of the first doctors in Germany to carry out hip arthroscopy as an innovative and reconstructive therapy option. Today he specializes in particular in the care and treatment of competition athletes and in the development of innovative concepts for the conservative and surgical treatment of shoulder and hip pathologies and injuries.
Dr. Lehmann has written several scientific papers and given a number of presentations to national and international specialist committees.
